Origamies LLC ("Origamis," "we," "us," or "our") provides the Origamis mobile application. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Origamis. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend any account that violates these guidelines, at our sole discretion. To report offensive content or abusive behavior, contact us at support@origamies.app and we will respond in a timely manner.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Origamis — including design, text, graphics, and code — are owned by Origamies LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

5. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the app's settings. Upon deletion, your personal data — including synced contacts, leaderboard name, and usage history — will be deleted within 24 hours. Your Sign in with Apple credentials will be revoked automatically. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Origamis is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Origamies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the app at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

9. Apple-Specific Terms

This agreement is between you and Origamies LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any); beyond that, Apple has no warranty obligation. Origamies LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and any claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation. In the event of any third-party intellectual property claim, Origamies LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and, upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce this agreement against you.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be resolved in the courts located in Richmond, Virginia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
